Servant Leadership and Meaningful Work' Roles on Staff nurses’ Creativity and Sustainable Development Behavior

Background: In a healthcare organization, servant leadership can fulfill nurses’ needs effectually through prioritizing their career growth and development which may facilitate the creation of creative behavior, motivation, innovation, satisfaction, besides facilitating sustainable behavior them in workplace. Aim: To investigate relationship between its’ role on staff creativity behavior. Setting: The study was implemented at neurology, cardiology, emergency critical, pediatric, inpatients clinics, medical departments, intensive care units (ICUs) Shebin El-Kom Teaching Hospital, Menoufia Governorate. Subjects: A simple random sample (428) nurses with minimum one year experience. Tools: Three tools were used; Servant Leadership Assessment Instrument; Employee Creativity Scale, Sustainable Development Behavior Scale. Results: Staff nurse’s response to total levels leadership, creativity, all moderate level.  Conclusion: There highly statistically significant positive correlation Recommendations: Conducting an educational intervention programs about allow healthy working environment.
